We ship within the United States. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Estimated delivery times are 7–14 business days depending on your location and carrier. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. La Vienne Maison is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
SECTION 6 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, email us at info@laviennemaison.com with your order number. We respond within 24 hours. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Please allow an additional 7–14 business days for your bank to post the refund.
