At La Vienne Maison, we stand behind every brush we make. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return — no hoops, no hassle.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@laviennemaison.com with your order number. We respond within 24 hours and will send you everything you need. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Defective Items
Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days at info@laviennemaison.com with a photo. We will make it right immediately — replacement or full refund, your choice.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Items showing signs of use
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Sale items and gift cards
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 24 hours. If approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow an additional 7–14 business days for your bank to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at info@laviennemaison.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
